Amazonite: Amazonite is known to regulate the nervous system. Its nicknamed the "hope stone"
the Amazonite crystal works directly against habits of self-neglect, inviting you to always put yourself first. Amazonite is also connected to the heart chakra, the place that streams with light and makes way for love to be given and received.
 
Howlite: Howlite is a powerful stone to bring awareness to your mind. It is known to calm the emotions, the psyche, and one’s energies. Linked to the crown chakra, it may prepare one to receive wisdom or direction from higher realms by clearing and calming the energetic pathways. It has been used to release attachments from old pains or past life issues and then assist in processing the emotions associated with that endeavor while bringing peace to those areas Howlite is known to absorb anger and inspire patience.
 
sodalite: Sodalite is known as the "poets stone" because it can soothe your thoughts. The blue color enhances calmness overall and allows one to soothe their throat chakra so as to speak calmly & clearly.
 
Amethyst: Amethyst is a natural tranquilizer it relieves stress and strain, soothes irritability, balances mood swings, dispels anger, rage, fear and anxiety. It also alleviates sadness and grief, and dissolves negativity. amethyst is linked to the third eye chakra, helpful in purifying the mind and clearing negative thoughts and anxiety
 
Desert rose: also known as barite, desert rose increases self-worth and self-confidence Desert Rose is said to hold a Spirit Guardian unique to the stone providing protection and guidance. this stone is linked to the Root and Crown Chakras, helping to keep us grounded and protected from negative energy It improves the ability to manage our thoughts and is a great mineral for calming and balancing the mind.
